  • 1 Stirring spoon
  • 1 Drinking glass
  • 1 Citrus juicer optional
  • 1 Honey dipper optional

Ingredients

To Make the Concentrate ("Sole Water")

  • 4 tbsp Pink Himalayan salt
  • 1/2 cup Filtered water (room temperature or warm)

For Daily Use (per serving)

  • 1 teaspoon Pink salt concentrate OR 1 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 cup Filtered water (8–12 oz / 250–350 mL, room temperature or warm)

Optional Add-Ins

  • 1 teaspoon Apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
  • 1 teaspoon Raw honey (for taste)
  • 1 Squeeze Fresh lemon juice

Instructions

Prepare the Salt Concentrate (Optional but Recommended):

  • In a glass jar, add 4 tablespoons of pink Himalayan salt.
  • Pour in 1/2 cup of filtered water, enough to cover the salt but leave a little headroom.
  • Seal the jar and let it sit at room temperature for 12 to 24 hours.
  • You’ll know it’s ready when undissolved salt remains at the bottom.

Make the Daily Drink:

  • Add 1 teaspoon of the salt concentrate (or 1 tsp of pink salt) to 1 cup of filtered water.
  • Stir well until fully dissolved.

Boost the Flavor & Benefits (Optional):

  • Add a splash of fresh lemon juice or 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar.
  • Stir in 1 teaspoon of raw honey for natural sweetness (optional).

When to Drink:

  • Sip slowly in the morning on an empty stomach.
  • Optional: split intake between morning and midday.

Storage Tip:

  • Keep your “sole water” sealed at room temperature.
  • It will stay good indefinitely as long as salt remains visible at the bottom.

Notes

This natural zepbound drink recipe is best consumed first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
If you don’t have time to make the concentrate, you can use 1 tsp pink Himalayan salt directly.
Use warm (not hot) water to help dissolve minerals and improve absorption.
Skip raw honey if you're following a strict intermittent fasting protocol.
The salt concentrate can be stored at room temperature indefinitely as long as undissolved salt remains.
Always use pink Himalayan salt — regular table salt won't deliver the same benefits.
For a citrus-free version, omit lemon and vinegar; the core benefits still apply.
This drink supports hydration, reduces cravings, and helps rebalance electrolytes naturally.
